Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, browsing, or booking through Muvid (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Muvid is a marketplace that connects customers with sports facility operators ("Partners") offering venues, classes, and gym sessions. Muvid is not the operator of the facilities listed and does not provide the underlying services itself.

The contract for the booked session is between the customer and the Partner. Muvid acts solely as an intermediary.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

When you place a booking, you enter into a binding contract with the Partner for the date, time, and offering shown at checkout. You agree to arrive on time and to follow the rules of the facility.

Cancellation, no-show, and refund rules are set by each Partner and shown before checkout. Unless required by law, Muvid does not issue refunds outside of the applicable Partner policy.

Prices are displayed in QAR unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; Muvid does not store your full card details.

Muvid may charge a service fee, which is shown at checkout. Partner commissions are deducted from the booking amount and are not paid by the customer.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with any part of the Service you are not authorised to use.
• Do not post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content, including in reviews.
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety and condition of their facilities, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Partners grant Muvid a non-exclusive licence to display their listings, images, and offering details on the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Muvid or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use of the Service may cause harm to Muvid, its users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
